What is the Field Staff App?
Paymax App is a mobile application for field vending machines. The application helps your salespeople and technicians navigate their daily work more easily.
This app has everything your team needs:
- All routes per day, by schedule and detours
- Get information about route and planogram changes
- Ordering goods via mobile app
- Machine details and their tasks
- Errors and warnings for each machine
List of routes
The app will show a list of all merchandiser routes and route details for the day, such as the machines to visit at each location and a list of tasks for each machine.
Product export
All products required for machine inspection are displayed in the app, and if there are changes to the planogram, such as a product replacement or price change, the app will show this.
If there have been any failed sales, the app will show all failed sales since the last visit, helping the team properly manage order fulfillment.
Machine overview
The color system helps to easily communicate machine status and potential errors. This helps to better prioritize which machine to visit next.
The app will show machine details such as: name, status, definition, address, etc.
Machine tasks
Simplify your ATM visits by assigning standard tasks, such as cash collection, or creating your own.
Machine errors and events
Get a real-time overview of all active issues on vehicles and plan detours based on urgency.
Ordering goods
Order goods for your warehouse or van directly from the app, manually or by scanning a barcode.
Money bag tracking
The part of cash control that constantly shows where the cash bag is. The filer scans the cash bag barcode and the app shows that the cash bag has been received.
At the checkout, the bag is scanned again, the cash is counted and compared with sales data from the cloud.
